EPK for Kelsey Rae

Short Bio

Southwest Virginia native Kelsey Rae Copeland calls Nashville home these days, and she's been heard around Music City at The Nashville Palace a spot known for featuring deep cuts of traditional country, on Broadway at Acme Feed & Seed, Layla's and Robert's Western World, and on Honky Tonk Tuesday Nights at American Legion Post 82, one of the latest venues for traditional country music.

Her love of the mountains, Southwest Virginia and the musical influences of the Carter family and Dr. Ralph Stanley stay dear and close.

Like in FORTUNE TELLER, her first album of original songs that showcases a distinct voice, lyrics that speak to her influences growing up and her love for the sounds of the music of the likes of Patsy Cline, Connie Smith, Anita Carter and Kitty Wells.
